Ukraine Partnership Facility 2 (UPF2)

The Ukraine Partnership Facility (UPF) is launching a second subsidy round starting on 30 October 2024. This round supports Dutch and international companies and civil society organisations in their efforts to contribute to Ukraine’s recovery and sustainable reconstruction.

In response to the ongoing challenges caused by the russian invasion, UPF provides financial support for reconstruction projects in water, healthcare, agriculture, circular construction, and sustainable energy sectors. Where possible, these initiatives should also enhance the position of vulnerable groups, such as women and young people.

The subsidy is available for partnerships that include at least one local organisation in Ukraine and one Dutch company. The lead applicant must be a Dutch company or civil society organisation. The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) carries out the Ukraine Partnership Facility on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
