2025.01.10 - The forum «WATER in Ukraine-2025: under the prism of climate change, war and food security»
The forum was organised by the Professional Association of Environmentalists of the World (PAEW), the Office of Sustainable Solutions, with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukraine.
PAEW gathered more than 360 participants to consolidate efforts around water conservation and restoration in Ukraine: community leaders (from large cities to small village councils) from all regions of Ukraine, water utilities, design institutes, leading scientific institutions, enterprise ecologists, engineers, representatives of infrastructure projects, international donor projects, international experts and PAEW partners from the Netherlands, USA, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Estonia.

The Agrifood platform Ukraine is looking for committed Dutch organizations that are (or want to become) active in the horticulture and dairy sector in Ukraine. The aim is to form Dutch clusters of companies, making it easier for Ukrainian companies and governmental organizations to find you and your specific skills and knowledge. Being part of a cluster could provide a better chance to become and stay successfull in the Ukrainian market. Two cluster orientation events for Covered cultivation & Dairy took place on 21 and 28 January and gathered Dutch comanies interested in cooperation.

2025.02.13 - Agrifood platform Ukraine -1st meeting in 2025
The first Agrifood platform Ukraine meeting of this year gathered Dutch companies in the Netherlands and in Ukraine, Goverment representatives, NGOs and those who are interested in doing business and investing in the Ukrainian agricultural sector. Carolien Spaans, Agricultural Counsellor of the Embassy in Kyiv joined the event in the Hague on-line with the latest updates from Kyiv.
During the event the importance of really understanding the needs in Ukraine and current challenges and activities were dicussed. Inspiring company stories and activities were highlighted and the Water4Food cluster elaborated about its structure and examples of their activities. Read more
