Collective Holland Pavilion for the nursery sector at Flower Expo Ukraine 2019!
From 16 to 18 April 2019 Flower Expo Ukraine 2019 will take place in at the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in Kyiv, Ukraine. In collaboration with the Dutch Embassy in Kyiv, VanderLouw Communications and Nova Exhibitions (organizer of the exhibition) organise a collective Holland participation targeting the nursery sector.
During this trade fair we organize a Holland Pavilion in which nursery companies have the possibility to rent their own stand space or to take part in the business lounge. The Holland Pavilion is supported by Anthos, the Royal Trade Association for Nursery Stock and Flower Bulbs. Thanks to the support and subsidy from the Dutch Embassy in Kyiv, we can offer very competitive prices for participants within the Holland collective.
Symposium The Green City
In collaboration with the Royal Trade Association for Nursery Stock and Flower Bulbs; Anthos, we provide a symposium during the exhibition with the theme 'The Green City'. Mr. Leon Smet, secretary of Anthos, will be one of the speakers and will explain his vision on these important developments in the nursery sector and in particular in municipal greening. The importance of green in urban areas has now been recognized worldwide and is a good sales tool for the Dutch nursery product.
The market
After a few difficult years there is movement again in the Ukrainian market. The demand for nursery products is increasing, especially for starting material, (larger) shrubs and perennials. This provides opportunities for the nursery sector to re-orientate itself towards this growing market. From the Dutch Embassy in Kyiv full cooperation is therefore granted to make this collective exhibition participation possible. With this, companies can get a good insight in this market and (potential) buyers in a relatively short time.
Trade show Flower Expo 2019
This international exhibition will take place from 16 - 18 April 2019 in Kyiv. It is the 13th edition and Flower Expo Ukraine focuses on floriculture, nursery, horticulture and municipal greening in Ukraine. The exhibition was visited by almost 9.000 (trade) visitors in 2018 and has a participation field of about 100 participants from nine different countries. For the nursery product, this exhibition is a perfect opportunity to get acquainted with the Ukrainian and Eastern European market. Flower Expo Ukraine has been the only exhibition of its kind since 2006.
Participation
Within the collective Holland pavilion there are two possibilities to participate; own stand space with space for a product presentation or a business seat, accommodated in the business lounge under the name Holland Pavilion. We also provide a complete package including tickets, hotel, company visits on the Monday afternoon, joint interpreters in the pavilion, participation in the network reception at the embassy and the symposium the Green City. We also take care of the use of collective communication resources during the fair, including the entry in the exhibition catalogue.
The number of available stand spaces as well as business seats within the pavilion are limited and therefore based on availability.
