Ukraine in Doing Business 2019
In 2019 ratings of Doing Business Ukraine’s position went up to 71 from 76 last year. In the category “Trading across borders” the score went up by 41 points from 119 to 78, in the category “Enforcing contracts” 25 points up (from 82 to 57).
Since 2014 the biggest progress was in the categories “Paying taxes” where Ukraine went up by 110 points, and in “Protecting minority investors” - 56 points up.
The World Bank Group’s “Doing Business Index” tracks and inspires reforms by ranking of 190 countries on the ease of doing business.
