Special duty for imported cut roses HS code 0603 11 00

The Special commission of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture as result of special investigation of the import of cut roses took the decision to impose special duty for imported cut roses HS code 0603 11 00.

Special measures will be applied for a period of 3 years by introducing a special duty in the amount of:

from the date of application of special measures in the amount of 56%;

after 12 months from the date of application of special measures in the amount of 44.80%;

after 24 months from the date of application of special measures in the amount of 35.84%

The decision will come into force 30 days after publication date: 22 April 2021.
