Nigeria- President Tinubu to be hosted by the King and Prime Minister in The Netherlands
King Willem-Alexander and Prime Minister Rutte will host President Bola Tinubu of Nigeria during his official visit to the Netherlands on April 25th.
The visit aims to strengthen diplomatic ties and includes discussions on economic, political, and trade collaboration, as well as knowledge exchange in circular energy, migration, and food security.
President Tinubu will participate in a Business and Investment Forum and meet with Queen Máxima to discuss financial inclusion. The day will conclude with a dinner hosted by the King and Queen, attended by government officials and representatives from Dutch and Nigeria.
Notable during the visit is the meeting between The Minister of Agriculture, Nature, and Food Quality from the Netherlands and the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security from the Federal Republic of Nigeria. They will explore collaborative strategies for enhancing innovative and resilient food systems in addressing the challenges posed by climate change.
