GreenTech study trip: NL Horticultural Solutions for Romania, Bulgaria and Greece
Next week, RAI Amsterdam becomes the heart of the world’s horticulture, as GreenTech opens its doors. Horticultural (fruit and vegetables) professionals cannot miss it! And as the development potential of this sector in south-eastern Europe is growing, a study visit for Romanian, Bulgarian and Greek relevant players is being organised during June 12-16, 2023.
The visit, organised in the framework the EU BAR programme, is meant to offer inspiration for sustainable horticultural solutions and strengthen Dutch-Romanian-Bulgarian-Greek relations. The organisers and developers of the programme are a cluster of Dutch companies offering solutions in the field of water storage, fruit rootstocks and blue berry plants, organic fertiliser solutions, equipment and systems for greenhouses, coordinated by Agriprogress, and supported by RVO, MinLNV, three local liaisons and the Embassies of the Netherlands in Bucharest, Sofia, and Athens.
Besides the visit of and meetings at GreenTech, the organisers have arranged a full programme with numerous field visits at Dutch growers and horticultural suppliers.
