Chinese eager to learn how to make delicious Dutch cheese
In China, the cheese demand is growing continuously, especially in the last couple of years. Chinese consumers are interested in tasting different kinds of cheese, including goat cheese. Dutch and French producers are the leading forces in the cheese market worldwide.

In the past few years, the World Dairy Expo is one of the most important shows in China. This year the expo will take place on April 27-29 in Harbin, a city that enjoys a huge cheese consumption potential. During this expo, several conferences about cheese will be held as well.
