The Dutch trade mission to Ternopil & Chernivtsi is organized from 25 to 27 June 2018 by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukaine in close cooperation with local authorities of Ternopil and CHernivtsi region and with the valuabel support of the local business.
Нідерландська Торгова місія то Тернополя та Чернівців організовується Посольством Королівства Нідерландів в Україні у тісній співпраці із місцевими органами влади та за підтримки місцевого бізнесу.

Conditions for participation for the Dutch companies
The precondition for the participation in the Trade Mission is full compliance with the OECD guidelines (read here).
The embassy takes the right to select participating companies based on the defined above criteria, taking into account the goal of the company, the character of the mission and a balanced composition of the participants.
Participation in the mission is free of charge, however the participants shall cover tansportation costs to Ternopil and from Chernivtsi (see below) and accomodation during the mission.
Logistics
Participation is free of charge. Participants have to arrange their own:
Transportation to Ternopil and from Chernivtsi (1)
Accommodation in Ternopil and Chernivtsi (2)

Upon registration the Embassy will provide you with booking instructions.
Registration for the Dutch companies is closed.
