Livestock:

On September 26, Vietfarm Co., Ltd. exported 144,000 salted duck eggs to Chen Foods (Australia). After that, Vietfarm will continue to export about 280,000 salted duck eggs per month to Australia.

In order to import this item, the Australian partner requests the Vietnam Department of Animal Health to inspect and provide certifications of the eggs meeting its requirements, such as no Sudan dyes in egg yolks (Sudan dyes can make egg yolks become red). After separating the yolks, salted duck eggs must be steamed and sterilized before putting into vacuum.

This October, Vietfarm will also ship two containers of duck egg yolks to G DAN Pte Ltd. in Singapore.

Vietfarm acknowledges that it has difficulties in maintaining a stable source of ducks and eggs for export because of the limited number of large-scale duck farms. Thus, Vietfarm expresses its wishes to collaborate with many other industrial duck farms to create a better source of products.
