Apart from companies ‘ booths, the Dutch Embassies in the region host a Dutch Pavillion, where international visitors are welcomed and introduced with Dutch companies, their products and technologies. With 32% visitors are international coming from 76 countries, we see HortiAsia a great opportunity to promote the Netherlands horticultural and floricultural production and technology to Asian market. The Netherlands also shows its high reputation in horticultural production in the most sustainable approach. "In addition to research, our mission is to also educate farmers. It's not a lofty objective, we are not an NGO but we want farmers to know how to use quality seeds to get the best possible yields." stressed Mr Bert Van Der Feltz, President and CEO of EWS at the International Horticultural Forum on ‘horticultural Product Quality ‘ during HortiAsia 2018.
