Scholarships for Sustainable Development in Tanzania: Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) Announces Second Round of Applications

The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP), funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is pleased to announce the opening of the second round of masters and short courses scholarship applications for mid-career professionals in Tanzania. With a focus on sustainable and inclusive development, the OKP provides an opportunity for eligible candidates to pursue further education and contribute to the progress of Tanzania.

With a specific focus on key themes including horticultural seeds and animal feed, climate smart agriculture, entrepreneurship and youth employability, human rights, ports and logistics, trade, and private sector development; the OKP aims to address Tanzania's pressing developmental needs.

Scholarship Details

The OKP scholarship offers an opportunity for mid-career professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills through various courses. The deadline to submit applications for Round 2 is 5th September at 16.00 CET. Selected courses will commence after 1st February 2024. It is important to note that all courses must be completed before 31st August 2024, except for co-financed master's programs which may have different timelines.

Applicants are advised to be aware of specific deadlines set by their chosen educational institutions. These deadlines may differ from the overall OKP deadline. To ensure accuracy, Prospective applicants are advised to consult the educational institution regarding their application deadlines.
