62% of Spanish companies expect to increase sales after Brexit
According to a study conducted by FIT Consulting, 62% of the Spanish companies expect to increase their turnover in the twelve months after the Brexit, compared to 16% who think that it will be reduced.
The report, based on interviews with company executives from Spain, France, Germany and UK, reveals that Spanish companies are more pesimistics than the rest of the responders. 69% of the British companies, 68% of the French and 67% of the German foresee to increase their turnover after the Brexit.
61% of the Spanish executives think they will increase their workforce in spite of the Brexit compared to 11% that expect a decrease.
As in the case of their turnover, Spanish businessmen are more pessimistic than those from other European countries. 67% of the British companies, 66% of the German and 65% of the French enterprises plan to increase their number of workers.
In addition to this, Spanish managers have expressed their concern about the potential negative impact of the Brexit on their company, a percentage similar to those registered in France and Germany, but much lower than in the UK.
85% of the managers consulted in Spain affirm that they have established response structures to Brexit, compared to 85% of British companies, 82% of French ones and 80% of German enterprises.
