From the 23rd till the 25th of March 2025, A Coruña is host the 10th edition of its international gastronomic fair. This year focuses on the theme “An Ocean of Cuisines” in order to honour the rich culinary diversity of the Atlantic Ocean which extends to the various corners of the northern Spanish province, Galicia, where the event takes place. The theme holds space for both the sea and land, where tradition and innovation meet to offer different tastes. The Galicia Forum Gastronómico will no doubt be another pivotal event for enogastronomy.
The Galicia Forum Gastronómico is open for all horeca and foodservice related companies and offers a great opportunity for product marketing. It once again becomes an essential date to visit the forum in order to discover the new gastronomic tendencies and see upcoming promising young talents.
