Rwanda: Protocols for importing plants or planting materials into Rwanda - May 2016

The document below has been isssued and revised by RALIS (Rwanda Agriculture and Livestock Inspection and Certification Services) a department of MINAGRI ( Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources). Its purpose is to prevent the introduction, spread and establishment of alien pests, diseases and weeds into the country in compliance with the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) standards and national regulations.
