Romania discloses allocation of agri subsidies for 2021-2022
Minister of Agriculture Adrian Oros has announced the allocation of agri subsidies for the transition period 2021-2022. The total public allocation (EAFRD, STATE BUDGET AND EURI) for these transition measures is 3.258 billion EURO.
sM4.1 "Investment in agricultural holdings" - EUR 760 million for the following components:
- simple purchases and irrigation equipment on the farm: EUR 125 million
- crop (conditioning, on-farm processing and marketing): EUR 55 million
- zootechnical (conditioning, on-farm processing and marketing): EUR 55 million
- young farmers (purchase of equipment - crop and livestock): EUR 75 million
- animal husbandry (primary production, conditioning and marketing) - NATIONAL: EUR 240 million
- animal husbandry (primary production, conditioning and marketing) - MOUNTAIN area: EUR 60 million
- vegetables (including in protected areas) and potatoes (primary production, packaging and marketing): EUR 100 million
- vegetables, potatoes (packaging, processing and marketing): EUR 50 million

M19.4 "Support for LAGs' running and animation costs": EUR 23 million
The first calls for projects will be launched in July 2021, according to the Ministry of Agriculture (MADR).
