Regarding the new programming period 2021-2027, there are considerable delays across Europe in the development of the new National Strategic Plans. According to the Romanian Minister of Agriculture, it is very likely that not only 2021, but also 2022 will be “transitional years”, when the old rules will be applied to the use of new EU funds.
