Food of tomorrow is also the leading topic of the FoodFakty Summit. In this path, you will find as many as 10 thematic sessions to choose from. We will address various issues of functional food, Novel Food, plant-based, products, additives and sustainable technologies, up to aspects of modern food design and microbiome. We will devote a lot of time to legal elements and those related to sustainable development. We will devote two dedicated thematic sessions to aspects of food design and microbiome.
Over 20 substantive sessions in 5 thematic tracks, plenary sessions with discussion panels, workshops and many forms of networking await participants. In one place, so many key institutions with a real impact on the functioning of the food industry will meet.
The sessions will be held in parallel in several thematic tracks, and participants will independently choose between individual sessions, not necessarily maintaining the same track all the time.
In one of the panels also a speaker from the Warsaw Embassy will paricipate in the discussion about food solutions in the Netherlands.
The conference will be held in Polish.
