Uzbekistan has lifted all existing restrictions on the export of poultry meat

The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further support the poultry industry, the introduction of modern genetic technologies and a system of cooperation" (PP No. 238 dated 06/27/2024) was adopted.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On measures to further support poultry farming, introduce modern genetic technologies and a cooperation system.” This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.
According to this document, the Agro-Poultry Cluster project, based on a cooperative system, will be implemented in the country.


In addition, until January 1, 2030, business entities producing poultry products are exempt from paying land tax (except for arable land) levied on legal entities.


Also, from July 1 of this year, all existing restrictions on the export of poultry meat are lifted in the country. And from October 1, the benefit provided for the established customs duty when importing fresh, chilled or frozen poultry meat and additional food products (separated parts of poultry) into the territory of Uzbekistan will be canceled.
