Since application will be closed prior to the deadline once all booths are booked, interested parties who have not reserved their booth(s) are advised to contact the management office to have consultations directly. Please be aware that a cancellation fee will be incurred once you submit an application form. For cancellation policy and other details, please read our previous article on the exhibition.
Please also be aware that the Japanese government currently maintains strict border restrictions that bar new entry by foreign nationals. This measure will remain in effect at least until the end of February. It is recommended that travelers to Japan monitor the websites of the Japanese government, including announcements to be published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands.

In Japan, there is a lot of attention to smart agricultural and horticultural technologies that make use of robots, AI and IoT. In the field of greenhouse horticulture, climate control and hydroponic systems that optimize plant growth, as well as advanced systems to promote the use of data, are being developed and offered to the market. In addition, with the growing awareness of SDGs and the new strategy for sustainable agriculture announced by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries last year, there is a growing attention to sustainable and environmentally responsible technologies.
