Agrofood West Africa is coming back to Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire from October 8 to 10, 2024! There will be a Netherlands Pavilion offering an exceptional opportunity for Dutch companies in the agriculture, horticulture, food and beverage technology sector to showcase their products and services in a prime location.

- According to the World Trade Organisation, Côte d’Ivoire imported food worth USD 3.1 billion and exported food worth USD 8.2 billion in 2021. This makes the food trade industry in Côte d’Ivoire an 11.3 billion USD business.
- West Africa's food and beverage technology imports reached €750 million in 2022, growing at 6.1% annually. It is expected to soon be over a billion worth of tech imports annually.
- Côte d’Ivoire's food technology imports increased by 6.5% annually, reaching €93 million in 2022.
- West African agricultural technology imports total around €200 million annually.
- Côte d’Ivoire's is the second-largest investor in food and packaging technology in the region.
