NL Pavilion at Sahara Expo 2024

From 15 to 17 September 2024, the Netherlands Embassy together with support from the Netherlands-African Business Council (NABC) and Land, Water & Food Consult will organize an open Netherlands Pavilion during the Sahara Exhibition. This is Egypt’s oldest and best-attended agricultural trade show.

The Netherlands Pavilion will be an open pavilion to showcase cross-cutting themes in the field of Climate and Water Smart Agriculture, while focusing on:

  • Protected cultivation
  • Smart technology for water saving.
  • Climate-resilient seeds and seed potatoes
  • Biofertilizers and biopesticides
  • Knowledge, knowledge sharing and capacity building.
  • Collaboration and partnerships for sustainable agriculture

The Netherlands Pavilion, themed as “The Future of Agriculture”, is open to Dutch companies active in the field of Climate and Water Smart Agriculture.
