Mr Jeroen Schuphof, Chairman of the Dutch Society for aquaculture remarked that the Egyptian aquaculture and fish farming industry has great potential, if the hurdles that blight this massive industry were successfully eliminated. the most prominent of which is the lack of ability to cool the products produced by the farms which would ensure that they reach faraway destinations.
