From the 7th till the 10th of April 2025, IFEMA, Madrid, will be hosting the 38th edition of the Salón Gourmets, the International Fine Food and Beverages Fair. Salón Gourmets is a main annual showcase of high-end food and beverages where visitors can experience traditional products adapted to the newest trends. The fair is aimed at gastronomy professionals through contests, championships, awards, tastings, show cookings and other gastronomy and viticulture activities that is open to visitors.
As one of the most prestigious food and beverage fairs in the world, the growing numbers of assistants and participants has expanded to include more international professionals in the gastronomic sector such as restaurants, hotels, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and catering.
