Madrid Fusion, held from the 27th till the 29th of January 2025 is the gastronomic event of cuisine excellence and innovation returning to IFEMA for its 23rd edition. The theme for 2025 is “Revolutionaries” to celebrate creative freedom, a desire for change and daring to change the rules.
Madrid Fusion 2024 hosted a record breaking international representation and audience and this year will be a reflection of how Spanish cuisine made its impact at an international level in the past 30 years. The focus of this new edition is on the use of technology and innovation in cuisine since 1995. Madrid Fusion is a celebration of upcoming talent in cuisine, where knowledge and innovation can meet.
On the 27th January, a set of competitions will begin, such as a Revelation Chef where young chefs can participate and the Aquanaria Sustainability Revelation Award
