Slovakia is opening up to plant-based. Plant nutrition is gaining popularity among Slovak consumers. As in many other countries, the initiators of the change are mainly young and highly educated people. However, the interest in reducing the consumption of meat and animal products is growing in basically all age groups. And the expanding range of plant products and alternatives on store shelves is reflected by that.
