Exploring the Future of Plant-Based Nutrition

On September 25th, 2024, 14 leading stakeholders across diverse sectors, gathered to discuss and identify key challenges facing plant-based foods as alternative proteins across the entire food value chain. Within this 19 pages report, participants explored the challenges facing farming, processing and the surrounding ecosystem presenting invaluable recommendations to overcome those challenges.
